Germany is training 22 Iraqi staff officers at their military staff academy in Hamburg. Because of the number of pro-terrorist Moslems living in Germany, troops, including some counter-terrorist specialists, will replace the civilian security guards that normally guard the academy. Searches will be more thorough, and vehicles will be scrutinized in case some attempts to use a suicide car bomb against the academy.
