NEW COMMANDERS- Admiral Jorge Sierralta Zavarce, appointed to command the Venezuelan Navy. Major General Victor Cruz Weffer, appointed to command the Venezuelan Army. Brigadier General Regulo Anselmy, appointed to command the Venezuelan Air Force. Angum Gumelar, appointed as the third Defense Minister of Indonesia in 19 months. Gumelar also holds the cabinet post for Political, Social, and Security Affairs. Lieutenant Commander Ignore Schvede (of Estonia) to command BALTRON, the combined Estonian-Latvian-Lithuanian naval squadron.
