Serbia and Montenegro? Well, perhaps not.. Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic seems to want to have it both ways. In a statement to the Montenegrin parliament, Djukanovic said that the parliament should approve the new Montenegrin-Serbian union because it will serve as a transition to Montenegrin independence. Stay tuned.
