Pakistan has arrested more of it's nuclear scientists on suspicion of working for terrorists. Pakistan has begun moving troops up to it's border near Tora Bora, to insure that Taliban or al Qaeda troops do not escape into Pakistan. Some of the troops moved in by truck, others were taken in by helicopter. This part of the border covered with forested mountains. In Kashmir, some separatist groups said they would consider peace talks with India. But the fighting goes on in Kashmir, with an Indian officer killed in a battle with the rebels.
