France has now decided to give the used AMX-30 tanks (which it was forced to buy back from Saudi Arabia as part of a deal to sell new Leclercs) to Lebanon instead of charging the Lebanese a bargain price for them. The Lebanese had wanted to buy the tanks but had no money to spend on them.--Stephen V Cole
