 North Korea again threatened war against the south because southern patrol ships have fired warning shots several times at northern fishing ships that went south of the unofficial maritime border. The northern ships have backed off, but northern warships have not intervened. Northern fishing ships have been moving across the "Northern Limit Line" every day for the last ten days. North Korea, of course, is blaming South Korea for sending its ships into northern waters.
