  South Korea reports that North Korea has exported at least 400 SCUD missiles in the last twenty years. It's estimated that the north has received some $400 million for their SCUDS. Most of the sales were during the 1980s, when Iran and Iraq were at war. North Korea also sold millions of dollars worth of SCUD parts. Most of the money received was spent on new weapons bought from China and Russia.
