The governor of the northern state of Yobe announced that the Sharia law alcohol ban was absolute and applied to soldiers in their barracks. This could  be what triggers a civil war. The federal troops in northern garrisons are often Christians from the south. These troops don't care to much for Sharia law and, of course, the soldiers are armed. The governor has not said when he will start enforcing the alcohol ban on the soldiers.
