Saudi Arabia has told the United States that recent arrests of al Qaeda members resulted in the discovery of terrorists studying maps and other materials describing areas where American Boy Scouts go camping. The al Qaeda members were also suspected of tracking American Boy Scout activity in the kingdom. This has led the Saudi police to believe that al Qaeda might be planning a kidnapping of American citizens, or simply an attack. The Saudi investigation is continuing. Then again, the al Qaeda may just have been looking for places to camp out and plot their next operation in isolation.
