 Suriname turned over the United States a FARC leader it had arrested in Suriname on drug dealing charges. In the last year, more countries have changed their policy from FARC being a legitimate revolutionary organization to a drug related criminal organization. While accurate, this has meant that FARC leaders can no longer travel freely outside the country. FARC leaders are not happy with this situation.
