Israel believes that Iran will be able to assemble a nuclear bomb in six months. Many senior Israelis have insisted they would not let this happen, indicating that an Israeli air strike would be used to cripple the Iranian effort. Israel has the long range bombers, special bombs and skilled pilots to pull this off.
