 South Korean intelligence says that the North Koreans have conducted 70 tests of explosive "triggers" that would set off a nuclear explosion in a nuclear bomb. It is also believed that North Korea is getting some technical help from Pakistan, a customer for North Korea's missiles, and already in possession of working nuclear weapons.
